Currently, the industry has developed so much that recruitment companies have already appeared in it, for example, Cryptorecruit and Andromeda . Also, candidates have the opportunity to directly contact companies through the LinkedIn, Reddit and Telegram platforms.

“Candidates can directly contact founders and executives on mitaps, through LinkedIn, online applications. The most sought-after employees in the world of cryptocurrencies are blockchain engineers. Developers who want to enter the world of cryptocurrencies must have basic knowledge of digital currencies and be able to work with languages such as Solidity, C ++ and Python.

In addition to IT, there are other employment opportunities.

Other positions include community and social media managers, public relations and marketing specialists.

For all posts, knowledge of languages is a big advantage. Given the fact that communities are global, candidates should be able to communicate and write in several languages.

As the number of start-ups grows, the demand for candidates with business development skills, finance, strategy and human resources is also likely to increase.

Andromeda blockchain recruiter Tal Benno believes that job seekers should have self-education skills and be open to innovation:

“If you want to become a marketer in a crypto company, you will need an understanding of the basics of the blockchain , including the creation of coins and the sale of tokens.”

It is important that candidates join the blockchain community by participating in AMA sessions and distributing content through social networks or personal blogs.

For developers, the active participation in open source projects on platforms such as GitHub will be a plus.
