The developers of augmented reality from the company Satoshi Nakamoto Republic created eight virtual monuments to the founder of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto. This was reported to BlockchainJournal by representatives of the project.

This fall, monuments appeared in Cambridge, Mountain View, New York, Cupertino, Stanford, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Miami.

The founders of the project Satoshi Nakamoto Republic set a goal to lay in the augmented reality of the city around the world and combine them into a single Virtual Republic.

During the nine months of the project’s existence, 11 cities in the USA, Switzerland and Ukraine appeared in the system, accessible via a mobile application.

At the end of this year, Satoshi Nakamoto Republic will launch a platform for selling virtual land and installing virtual objects using QR codes and geolocation. To create an object will require a plot of at least 100 square meters. As proof of the transaction, certificates placed on the blockchain will be issued.

Recall that in September, a virtual monument to the creator of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto appeared in Kiev.
