$ 175,000 is the annual salary if you are a Blockchain engineer

Blockchain engineers are new sought-after hiring in Silicon Valley. The top executives are willing to spend up to $ 150,000, up to $ 175,000 for average salaries for these bright new crypto-platform innovators.

Until last month, such a salary was reserved only for top-notch software specialists, such as artificial intelligence (AI) engineers.

The latest US labor market survey reports were optimistic about hiring Blockchain engineers at major companies. Until now, banks, large multinational corporations and pharmaceutical companies have attracted these decentralized platform specialists to give them a “competitive advantage,” being the first adopters of the block platform for their business processes.

400% Increased Demand for Blockchain Engineers

According to the technical recruitment of human capital – hired specialists-Blockchain earn fat wages and occupy leading positions compared to any "specialized" engineering roles.

Until now, the new high-tech companies have become the most in demand with these alternative currency developers.

Back in 2017, the “blockchain engineers” were just a subcategory listed in the “Recruitment Ads”. But today the number of posts for this work has increased to 400 percent.

The high salaries are due to the low number of experts in this field, and it is expected that the packages for such experts in the field will grow as the industries try to hire the best talent. For example, accounting services require such experts, as well as logistics companies that optimize their third-party SLAs.

When this kind of market is so wide and varied, the number of experienced engineers disproportionately stimulates high compensation packages for new “gods” of software development.
