The Libra cryptocurrency project association unveiled its first roadmap, which mentions the key challenges and achievements of the Calibra team.

The roadmap lists four key milestones that developers intend to achieve before launching the main network. All of them are indicated by the number of nodes that the project partners will manage – from 5 to 100.

“One of the methods we use to measure project success is related to the number of launched nodes managed by various partners, ” the publication says.

The ultimate goal of the main chain is the presence of nodes in all partners. Each node will be based on a combination of local and cloud infrastructure. We believe that the variety of infrastructure used will make the Libra network more resilient. ”

In order to prepare for the launch of the main network, the Libra Association organized the Pre-Mainnnet production environment. It will allow testing to selected Libra partners who have already launched their own nodes. In the preliminary implementation of the test network, they will be able to interact with each other and experience the stability of Libra.

In addition, the publication describes the various tools that have been created to date to track the activity and status of the system.

The developers note that they continue to work on the implementation of priority opportunities and have made significant progress in ensuring the functioning of full nodes . One of the key tasks now is laying the foundations for the collaboration of many wallets .

“We hope that the publication of this and future roadmaps, updating the status of high priority tasks and distributing notes on ongoing developments will help you get acquainted with the future features of Libra Core,” they add.
