Bitcoin ETF solution

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has once again postponed the decision-making period for the Exchange-traded fund (ETF) offered by Bitwise Asset Management. It is reported by CoinDesk .
The application, according to which the launch of Bitcoin-ETF to be held on the NYSE Arca, was filed in January 2019 , and a decision on it should be made before May 16.
Note that before May 21, the Commission must also decide on the VanEck and SolidX application for changing the rules of the Chicago Option Exchange (CBOE) for Bitcoin ETF listing.
The peculiarity of the new exchange investment fund from Bitwise should be the participation of a qualified third-party custodian of bitcoins.
The Commission began reviewing the application on February 15 , after which the regulator had 45 days to approve, reject the proposal or request additional time for its consideration.
As it became known today, the SEC chose the last option.
In March, the SEC has already postponed decision-making on VanEck and Bitwise Asset Management applications.
