According to Fichora, the leading developer of Samourai Wallet under the pseudonym TDevD aka SamouraiDev keeps fake accounts on Twitter and Reddit under the nickname FoneBTC and spreads false information discrediting the reputation of other services, in particular various Bitcoin wallets on Android.

Fichor discovered a lot of indirect evidence, as well as two allegedly undeniable evidence that the mentioned developer Samourai Wallet is hiding behind FoneBTC .
So, FoneBTC and TDevD published published Bitcoin addresses on Reddit. Transactions at these addresses are, according to Fichora, unusual and equally formatted, and also occurred at the same time (1 entry and 1 exit with the same fixed commissions and a difference of 4 minutes).

As of 2016, almost no one service did not allow a transaction with a fixed commission, said Fichor. He suggested that FoneBTC and TDevD used a specialized script for this to create a transaction, leaving no so-called dust on the addresses.
Also, the founder of the old company FoneBTC was the co-founder of Samourai Wallet.
At the same time, the creator of Wasabi Wallet tracked that the activity on the accounts of FoneBTC and TDevD occurs at the same time, they use the same wording and give identical opinions on a number of issues. In addition, Fichor managed to fix the publication of an alleged insider account of insider information, which at that time could only be known within the team of Samourai Wallet.
“For nearly five years, this account has been used to lie and attack other Android wallets. I checked only 1% of the available information, walked superficially, but now I want to stop , ”Fichor stressed.
He called on the opponent to stop unfair activities and continue to build a future in which there is no mass surveillance and wiretapping.
Samourai Wallet has not yet responded to the charges.
