Blockchain-platform MoviesChain online cinema tvzavr is preparing to release a black comedy Decrypted about the creator of Bitcoin Satoshi Nakamoto. Reports about it "Kommersant".

Filming will be conducted by the British independent studio Substantial Films. Among the declared actors are John Malkovich, Matthew Lewis (Nevil Dolgupups from Harry Potter) and Ed Skrein (Daario Naharis from Game of Thrones).

The company emphasizes that Decrypted will be the first major premiere on MoviesChain.

The budget of the film will be £ 1 million (about $ 1.3 million). At the same time, the studio intends to attract most of the budget – 65% – of the budget by issuing and selling its own tokens.

Distribution of the picture is also planned on the platforms Cinezen, Live Tree Blossoms, TV-Two, Cinema Well and Singular DTV.

“It is logical to show a film about the creator of Bitcoin on the blockchain platform, ” said co-founder Cinezen, producer Sam Klebanov, although he did not rule out the possibility of traditional film screening.

Now the film is at the stage of development, the release is expected within one and a half to two years.

Earlier in January, it became known that American Cinema International is working on the creation of a new TV show called Cryptos , which in an accessible language will tell viewers about the cryptocurrency industry.
