Users of Fintech-startup Circle Cryptocurrency Exchange Poloniex are experiencing problems with the input / output of Bitcoin. For the first time, representatives of the exchange confirmed the existence of such a problem about 16 hours ago, promising to resolve the situation within a few hours.
