The manufacturer of crypto-hardware wallets Ledger announced that the Ledger Live mobile app is officially available for download on both Android and iOS devices.
According to the announcement, users of Ledger Nano S and Ledger Blue can now view their balances by scanning the LiveQR code available in the Live version of the application. The new mobile version is designed so that users can check the value of their cryptocurrency at any time and in any place.
However, in Ledger Live, there will be much more functionality with the launch of the Nano X, the new Bluetooth-enabled Bluetooth wallet, which should go on sale in March.
The Ledger team stated the following:
Thanks to the mobile application, you can perform wireless operations everywhere with Ledger Nano X. In the future, users of Ledger Nano S (Android only) will be able to make transactions using an OTG cable.
Nano X was first introduced at CES 2019, it has more memory than previous products Ledger, as it can store up to 100 digital assets, which is 6 times more than the Nano S.
