The French manufacturer of hardware crypto-wallets Ledger announced that the Ledger Live service now supports Ethereum tokens.
On the eve of the release of Ledger Live version 1.14.0, which already supports 1,250 tokens of the ERC-20 standard. Access to the updated version was received by both smartphone users and PCs. In the future, the company plans to expand the list of supported assets. A publication from Ledger notes:
“Despite the fact that thanks to the support of the ERC-20 standard in Ledger Live, many new cryptocurrencies have appeared, we will continue to deal with the listing of new assets.”
The update provides Ledger customers with the ability to manage multiple digital assets in real time. This can be done through smartphones and PCs, along with the functionality of the Ledger Live service allows you to do this safely, without any harm to the control of user private keys.
It is also known that in the near future the French company intends to launch a new update, within which DeFi support will be implemented.
