    Bitcoin exchange KuCoin opened the possibility of non-custodial trade for verified users, as reported on its official website.

    It was possible to implement this exchange thanks to the integration of the startup solution Arwen, which allows clients of centralized crypto counters to control their private keys.

    So far, the new feature is available in beta mode. The size of the escrow is limited to about $ 100, and the size of transactions – $ 25. To use the service, you must have a verified account on the exchange. At the same time, it is not available for users from the USA, China, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria and the Crimea.

    In addition, KuCoin CEO Michael Gan said that the company plans to launch its own decentralized exchange.

    “Collaborating with Arwen is the first step in keeping funds in a decentralized way and ensuring the security of your digital assets,” Gan added.

    Note, KuCoin has recently added the ability to buy cryptocurrencies using MasterCard and Visa cards .
