In Ukraine, introduced bills on the regulation of the crypto industry

In Ukraine, draft laws on the taxation of transactions with cryptocurrencies and the fight against money laundering with the help of digital assets were introduced, as well as amendments to the document “On public electronic registries” aimed at introducing blockchain. This was announced by People's Deputy of Ukraine Oleksiy Zhmeretsky.

The draft laws were prepared by the inter-factional deputy association Blockchain4Ukraine together with the Ministry of Digital Affairs, BRDO and other market participants.

Recall, recently in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine signed a memorandum designed to give the green light to blockchain technologies in the country.
