October 11 in Kiev within the framework of the international IT forum HackIT 4.0 will be a round table devoted to security in the crypto-currency business. The result of the meeting could be the creation of a profile association and the signing of a memorandum on supporting common security standards in the crypto industry.
The main topics of the round table:
- Security in the crypto-currency business: measures to protect exchanges, hot and cold wallets, block-nod, databases and servers; personal cybersecurity of users, traders and employees; potential threats;
- Technical tasks: standardization and certification in the field of security; creation of PCI DSS and ISO 27K standards for the crypto-currency market;
- Cybersecurity and legislation: existing and promising approaches;
- Advantages and disadvantages of centralized and decentralized exchanges; combating money laundering; need for a unified service provider; management of user identification.
In addition to the roundtable, the four-day event includes a conference, exhibition and other events in real time. This year, the organizers will hold a competition for white hackers Capture the Flag (CTF), and HackIT 4.0 participants will be able to go to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant for a graphic illustration of the consequences of man-made disasters.
