Huobi Russia has established a legal laboratory for advising blockchain companies

The Russian division of the Huobi cryptocurrency exchange together with Vnesheconombank created the legal laboratory of the Huobi Legal Lab. Specialists of the new structure will advise and provide legal support to companies implementing digital projects. This was reported by Huobi Russia in the official Telegram channel.

The laboratory experts will also provide legal support to companies in court proceedings.

“Our specialists at the Huobi Legal Lab center will help to correctly pack digital projects, ensure that digital assets do not violate existing legislation and comply with international law, ” said Elina Sidorenko , head of the interdepartmental group for assessing risks of cryptocurrency in the Russian Federation and head of Huobi Legal Lab.

In addition, experts from Huobi Legal Lab will develop and evaluate regulations related to the cryptoindustry in order to create favorable conditions for market participants.

Recall, the Huobi cryptocurrency exchange launched a Russian-language website and a local 24-hour support service on November 12.

Earlier, BlockchainJournal reported that an association of professional blockchain lawyers has been created in Russia.
