Changpeng Zhao, CEO of the Binance crypto exchange, called the President of Russia the most influential person in the blockchain industry.

Zhao announced his thoughts at the rally of the crypto exchange, which was held in Moscow on the eve. He suggests that the bill on the regulation of the crypto industry can be adopted in the Russian Federation in the near future. The manager, however, admitted the likelihood that in the future the crypto exchange will provide data about its users to the regulators of the Russian Federation. As a rule, a company does not disclose the confidential information of its customers, but in some circumstances, for example, in the case of identification of illegal activities, the exchange can do this. Zhao recommended that everyone involved in crime not use Binance services.

Zhao also commented on the news of support for fiat pairs with RUB – the implementation of this idea involves the involvement of third-party companies. In addition, Zhao mentioned Vitalik Buterin, creator of the Ethereum project. He believes that with the launch of Ethereum 2.0, the developer and the whole project will receive a significant impact.
