A very unusual transaction was noticed on the Altcoin Litecoin network – its initiator paid 8.88 LTC coins (approximately $ 778) and paid a fee of LTC 200 (approximately $ 17,500).
The user, who mistakenly paid a commission 22 times higher than the norm, is quite active. From the middle of 2018, he completed 2,500 LTC transactions. A transaction in which an error was detected was added to the block obtained by the mining pool LTC.TOP from China. This trouble with the user, apparently, occurred for the first time – you can try to return the funds, if you contact the representatives of the pool.
Recall that earlier this year one of the users of the Ethereum network encountered a similar situation. In February, a fee of $ 450,000 was paid for several transactions totaling 0.15 ETH. Later it became known that the Sparkpool mining pool, whose miners added transactions to the blockchain, decided to freeze the reward – under the agreements the parties reached an agreement to the sender who overpaid commission fees 600 times, that is 2,100 ETH. This decision was made by the sender, he decided to reward the Sparkpool for honesty and assistance in returning funds.
