The 12th by capitalization of cryptocurrency Dash shows a positive trend against the background of the launch of a new service in Venezuela, which allows you to poison transactions using SMS.

“Venezuelans living abroad send home about $ 2 billion through remittances. Often this process is too long and costly, causing users a lot of inconvenience. With Dash Text, we offer a real solution to a real problem. People need a simple and cheap way to send money home, and we did it in such a way as to extend the Dash ecosystem for those who do not have smartphones, ”said Bradley Zastrow, director of global business development for Dash.

The Dash Text solution was created in collaboration with BlockCyphe. Currently, in partnership with the two largest telecommunications providers in Venezuela, Movistar and Digitel, the service is being tested. Access to the service can be obtained by sending an SMS with the word “DASH” to a short number, another message must be sent to create a wallet.

As BlockchainJournal wrote earlier, the release of the beta version of Dash Text took place in September.

Dash Core Group has entered into a partnership agreement with the manufacturer of smartphones Kripto Mobile in order to expand the user base in Latin America.
