The law firm Schall announced the filing of a class action against the manufacturer of video cards Nvidia. Representatives of the company are convinced that the company has misled its shareholders by claiming that falling demand from cryptocurrency miners will not affect financial performance in any way. This is stated in a press release.
Schall noted that Nvidia publicly assured market participants that it was able to quickly adapt to changes in the cryptocurrency market. At the same time, the company also claimed that demand from gamers would cover all possible costs associated with the mining sector.
