Developers of the Coinbase exchange have implemented full support for the pound sterling (GBP) for all services, including Coinbase Pro and Coinbase Prime.

The update will allow British users of the trading platform to enter and withdraw pound sterling. Transactions with GBP, according to representatives of Coinbase, will take less than 30 minutes.
According to representatives of Coinbase, the addition of support for GBP will significantly reduce the transaction costs of users, eliminating the need to convert the pound sterling into euros and back.
Representatives of Coinbase noted that to access the wallet you need some account settings. So, as the jurisdiction should be indicated the United Kingdom.
Recall, today Coinbase launched services for beginners bitcoin-investors. They are: Coinbase Bundle, which allows you to invest in several crypto assets; Coinbase Asset Pages, which displays information on 50 leading crypto-currencies, as well as the educational service Coinbase Learn.
