Bloomberg: BTC may drop to $ 8,000 due to Trump's negative tweet

The cost of Bitcoin cryptocurrency declined markedly at the weekend, just after Donald Trump posted a tweet on his Twitter blog criticizing BTC and the Libra project cryptocurrency.

The only powerful currency, in his opinion, is the dollar, and cryptocurrency only contributes to the activity of criminal activity. In addition, Trump did not appreciate the crypto-project Libra, he urged Facebook to get a traditional banking license.

So, Alfonso Esparza, an analyst from Oanda Corp. (Canada), noted that amid Trump's negative comments, BTC prices continue to decline. It is assumed that the rate may reach $ 8,000, losing positions that were achieved in June.
