    Bitfinex adds support for beg32 SegWit addresses when outputting

    Bitfinex cryptocurrency exchange has added support for native SegWit addresses in bech32 format. True, the option is available only when withdrawing bitcoins.

    Note, as of October 28, the share of SegWit transactions in the bitcoin network amounted to more than 53%.

    In addition, Bitfinex has added new tools for trading derivatives and the ability to synchronize Twitter-accounts with accounts on the exchange.

    Recall that earlier support for native SegWit-addresses in bech32 format was added by the Gemini and Kraken exchanges .

    In October, Binance head Changpeng Zhao also hinted at adding SegWit protocol support .
