Chao announced at a Fintech conference in Tel Aviv on Thursday that they are in the early stages of negotiations with the developer of cryptocurrency .
“We are conducting a dialogue with Facebook at the official level.

However, as far as we understand the prospects, they will want to enter the secondary market. Currencies enjoy the advantages of the secondary market, so they are listed in their own interests. ”
Chao also said that negotiations with the social network "mainly focused on working with the infrastructure." He expects other crypto exchanges to contact the company to discuss the prospects of Libra.
“In the interests of Facebook, listing is not only on our exchange, ” he added.
It is in their interest to be listed on other exchanges, too, and this may happen. As soon as they switch to the public chain, we will probably want to list their coins. ”
