A bug on the Kraken exchange allowed to buy bitcoin for $ 8000

Kraken emphasized that users managed to complete transactions only at peak candlestick values, but they did not fill the entire price range with orders.

At the same time, all stop orders worked correctly.

Then a spokeswoman for the exchange said that it was only a $ 100 unit deal in a beta version, Cointelegraph writes.

Recall that earlier Coinbase reported that it stored 3420 users' personal information in clear text in the server’s internal log.
