Visa and Crypto.com Will Launch a New NFT Collection for The FIFA World Cup 2022

Visa, a leading global payment processor, has introduced a new solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which they have named “Visa Masters of Movement.“ This solution is intended to attract football fans in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Since 2007, FIFA has recognized Visa as an official payment partner of the International Associations Football Federation. The payments company claimed that its innovative product, which includes a pre-event NFT auction and interactive engagement, would be the first of its type for football fans during the upcoming FIFA World Cup.
In a press release, Visa’s senior vice president, Andrea Fairchild, announced that the company seeks to celebrate football, art, and technology as FIFA World Cup 2022™ draws closer. He said that the aim is to achieve this by focusing on the qualities that make FIFA World Cup™ so unique. According to him, the event’s exceptional appeal comes from the combination of its rabidly devoted spectators, its great athletes, and its brief but powerful ability to unite the globe in a common cause.
Visa Presents Football Fans NFT Collection
Curated from the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup contests, the Visa Masters of Movement showcases one-of-a-kind digital artworks, avatars, and other items.
Five well-known football players, Jared Borgetti, Tim Cahill, Carli Lloyd, Michael Owen, and Maxi Rodriguez, have had their eponymous goals become collectible NFTs for fans worldwide.
Crypto.com, Visa’s cryptocurrency exchange partner platform, now features digital artwork. Bidding is open now through November 8th for fans interested in participating in the auction. The collection will be unveiled for the first time later this month at the FIFA Fan Festival, which runs from November 19th to December 18th in Doha, Qatar.
Mastering the Art of Football Magic
With the Visa Masters of Movement, football fans can make their own unique NFTs based on their most memorable plays. Tokens will be issued by Crypto.com, the official cryptocurrency trading platform of the FIFA World Cup.
Eligible designers can also select a color palette based on their preferred national colors. The digital paintings can be given as presents or kept as souvenirs. Winners have the option of having their custom-created collectibles minted into limited-edition NFTs.
Crypto.com’s Chief Marketing Officer, Steven Kalifowitz, has said that the FIFA World Cup™ is one of the most watched athletic events worldwide.
He said that the company was ecstatic to provide fans with a new option to track the historic occasion.
Also, he further stated that the business is pleased to be working with Visa to bring Visa Masters of Movement to life and provide FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ fans with the opportunity to design and collect the most exclusive collectibles ever to exist on the blockchain.
