Corrections Policy

Last reviewed: September 2, 2026

Blockchain Journal corrects material factual errors promptly and transparently. Concerns are reviewed against the article, its sources and reliable primary evidence.

How to request a correction

Send the article URL, disputed statement, explanation and supporting evidence to [email protected] or use the contact page. Specific, evidence-based requests receive editorial review; a request does not guarantee a change.

Corrections, updates and clarifications

A confirmed material error is corrected and an explanatory note is added when the change affects reader understanding. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or link repairs may be made without a note. Developing stories may be updated with newly verified information. A clarification may be used when the original wording was supportable but could reasonably mislead.

Disputes and right of reply

Where credible sources disagree, coverage may be amended to represent the dispute rather than adopting an unsupported conclusion. A subject of coverage may provide evidence or a response, but does not receive prior approval or a right to remove accurate reporting.

Independence and special requests

Advertisers and sponsors do not control corrections. Privacy, safety, copyright and binding legal requests are reviewed separately and may require identity or authority verification.

This process should be read with the Editorial Policy, Sponsored Content Policy and Financial Disclaimer.
