Decentralized token launchpad Pump.fun launched its deployment across the layer-2 network, now fully live on X Layer. The update allows ecosystem participants to access new onchain markets beyond the protocol’s original deployment parameters.
One of our most requested chains is now live on the Pumpfun app: X Layer
Every X Layer token, one USDC balance – no manual bridging, no switching wallets. Enjoy the fastest crosschain speeds and the cheapest fees.

Under this technical rollout, users can discover, deposit, and trade network-native tokens directly. The setup supports both desktop and mobile web environments through the official Pump.fun portal.
The launch follows shifting liquidity conditions across specialized networks. Market participants recently witnessed capital moving alongside a broader rebound in Solana memecoins, which concentrated significant trading volume inside single-chain applications earlier in the year.

The network engineering team confirmed support for the token generation protocol. According to documentation shared by the official X Layer account, users can execute transactions with reduced execution costs powered by Polygon CDK zero-knowledge technology.
The layer-2 network functions as a scaling solution engineered to bridge centralized exchange liquidity directly into high-throughput onchain execution environments. This framework reduces fee spikes typically observed during high-frequency asset issuance cycles on mainnet platforms.
Protocol security and scalability updates remain central to onchain ecosystems, comparable to structural upgrades where XRP Ledger deployed quantum signatures to ensure long-term validation integrity across its distributed network nodes.
Operational mechanics for secondary layer deployment
Integrating an EVM-compatible environment represents an expansion beyond the protocol’s initial reliance on Rust-based smart contracts. Balance settlements and deposits rely on native cross-chain bridges and compatible Web3 wallets connected to the network.
Core product mechanics remain unchanged, including algorithmic bonding curves that allocate liquidity automatically once individual token thresholds are met. Real-time transaction dashboards and token contract verification will continue operating under standardized parameters.
Neither development team has provided segregated volume targets or fee distribution models specific to this rollup. Long-term throughput and market share on the new network will depend on verified onchain transactions reported by block explorers in subsequent reporting periods.
