He does not know about the plans of other investors. According to lawyers interviewed by the publication, most likely share Solonin’s position and are ready to wait for the end of the proceedings.
Nevertheless, the company may have problems with financial intermediaries, such as banks or consultants, said Yury Brisov, a member of the commission for legal support of the digital economy of the Moscow branch of the Russian Bar Association.
Recall that Solonin invested $ 17 million in the project, although initially he was ready to invest much more.
Investors must indicate whether they agree to postpone the TON launch by October 23rd. In case of refusal, “about 77%” of the investments will be returned to them.
