ICON Crypto Project frees DApps users from paying commissions

The ICON project team presented on the eve an updated commission collection system for users of decentralized applications (DApps). The system "Fee 2.0" allows you to exempt users from paying commissions.

Previously, DApps users had to pay for crypto-commissions from the moment they started using ICON services. So, only those users who had a certain amount of crypto funds on their account had access to DApps. This approach complicated the interaction with the service, in particular, there were difficulties with the creation of a wallet and the acquisition of cryptocurrency.

Thanks to the new “Fee Sharing” function, DApps operators can exempt users from paying commissions. Meanwhile, another function, “Virtual Step”, allows operators to pay a commission not in ICX tokens, but through Virtual Steps, which are generated during the ICX stacking process.

It is worth noting that, despite the rather good news, the ICON rate for the last day has fallen by more than 10%. Currently the token is trading at around $ 0.35.
