The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Russian Guard have announced tenders for the purchase of cryptographic protection tools for files transmitted over internal networks. Relevant applications totaling 637 million rubles were published on the public procurement website.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is ready to pay 210 million rubles for crypto protection.

In particular, the ministry will purchase 40 devices of one type at 3 million apiece, 160 of the second type at 1.9 million rubles for the complex and two network control centers at 1.9 million rubles for each. Separately indicated that the complexes must have a certificate of the FSB.

The auction on the application will be held on October 25.

On the same date, the Russian Guard announced three tenders worth 149 million , 46 million and 22.5 million rubles.

The agency plans to purchase more than five types of various systems worth from 63 thousand rubles to 1.9 million rubles. Two procurements indicate specific cryptographic protection means – Continental apksh version 3.7 and 3.9. They are produced by the Security Code company, which specializes in the production of software for law enforcement agencies.

Recall that in June 2018 the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation began work on the introduction of a blockchain to protect databases and detect traces of hacker attacks on state secrets.
