The registration period for participants in the international traders contest for Waves DEX

Due to the large influx of those wishing to take part in the international competition of traders World Series trading tournament (WSOC), which will soon be held at the Waves DEX exchange, the organizers decided to extend the registration period until June 19. The tournament itself will be held from June 20 to June 27, 2019.

According to the founder and CEO of Waves, Alexander Ivanov, at the moment the exchange has received over 2,700 applications for participation in the competition and their number continues to grow.

“Interest in the tournament is understandable, because right before our eyes is emerging a trend in which more and more professional players are involved in trading on decentralized exchanges that provide users with the ability to fully control their own funds in their wallets and their data, ” he said.

Participation in the tournament is free. Each participant will receive demo tokens in the amount of 100,000 dUSD (demo dollars) as an initial balance. The competition will be held on the Waves DEX exchange using three pairs of demo-tokens and will be extremely reliable, decentralized and transparent. All participants with a final balance of over 100,000 dUSD will be included in the prize pool.

Contest Rules

1. The contest takes place exclusively at Waves DEX.
2. Trading is possible with assets in the following pairs:
   – dBTC / dUSD
   – dETH / dUSD
   – dETH / dBTC
3. Traders have seven days to show their skills and get the maximum profit.
4. Allowed to use trading bots.
5. The prize fund will be divided among the most successful traders.

The establishment of other assets and the withdrawal of demo tokens is prohibited. Statistics of all traders will be visible on the main page of the WSOC . Personal statistics will be available in the profile of each trader. It can also be seen using the filters on the main page. Transaction commission is paid from the user's balance in WAVES.

Winners

At the end of the competition, the demo tokens of all participants will be frozen, and the balance will be transferred to dUSD at a spot price. All traders with a balance of over 100,000 will receive part of the prize fund. The pool of winners will be published in the Achievements section of the main page of the WSOC website.

The prize fund is distributed as follows:

• 1st place: 5 000 WAVES
• 2 place: 3 000 WAVES
• 3rd place: 2 000 WAVES
• Another 3,000 WAVES will be divided among the other participants who made a profit in proportion to this profit.
