The St. Petersburg Arbitration Court upheld a claim for recovery of a debt in the amount of 844,245 rubles from Ventureklab LLC [VentureClub crowding testing platform]. It is noteworthy that the founder of the company is Alexander Borodich, who is also known as the fighter of the Universa blockchain platform. This is reported in the court order .

Thus, the company "Venturklab", which specializes in attracting venture capital investments for the development of start-ups, could not pay off the debt for consulting services to LLC "Evrograndsoft", citing difficult financial situation.

VentureClub is positioning itself as a closed investor club with a starting fee of 100 thousand rubles. At the time of writing, according to the official website, there are 258 investors in the organization. The first in the ranking is the founder and chief business angel of VentureClub, Alexander Borodich.

As reported by the publication vc.ru , as of September 2018, the cumulative amount of investments attracted through VentureClub amounted to 718 million rubles.

On his Facebook page, the representative of Evrograndsoft LLC, Alexander Yakovlev, expressed disappointment that at first glance “serious guys” actually turned out to be “bankrupt.”

It should be noted, in September last year , information appeared that a reorganization of work was taking place at VentureClub, accompanied by personnel changes. In particular, there should have been a change of CEO. Prior to this, Elena Privalova was the head of the platform, who said that she was leaving "by decision of the company's shareholders."

In VentureClub then stated that the talk about the suspension or termination of the platform is not. At the same time, no new entries appeared on the club’s official Facebook page from July 2018.
