Swiss FINTECH Holding PrepayWay AG , which is developing a blockchain platform for remote conclusion of contracts, international settlements and arbitration based on smart contracts, announced the sale of InBIT tokens. The first round of the campaign is scheduled for April 18, 2019.
The PrepayWay AG solution allows you to remotely enter into contracts and conduct secure transactions in Fiat and cryptocurrencies using your own payment gateway. Calculations under the contracts are carried out automatically due to smart contracts. SmartArb technology from the International Institute of Arbitration is integrated into PrepayWay to resolve disputes. The head of this institute, Dr. Frank Emmett, is one of the co-founders of PrepayWay.
The InBIT utility token is generated during tokensyl. It is required to access and activate smart contracts on the platform. The cost of the token is calculated in euros. The token itself has no security functionality. Also, users can participate in crowdfunding by directly buying shares of a subsidiary of PrepayWay Systems Estonia OÜ.
“PrepayWay made it possible for cryptoinvestors from different countries to legally invest in a company and at the same time receive as a bonus the free InBIT tokens necessary to access PrepayWay ecosystem smart contracts, ” the company noted.
In PrepayWay, they stressed that tokensale is based on the principle of whitelisting. To participate in the tokensale user must register in advance and go through the KYC procedure. In the first round only the first thousand registered users will be able to participate.
Participants of the first round will receive a discount of 70% of the base price of 100 InBIT for € 1. Thus, 100 InBIT can be bought for 30 eurocents. One participant can purchase tokens worth no more than € 300.
PrepayWay also reported that the company entered the top ten out of 150 nominees for the PropTech Innovation Award, which is awarded to innovative start-ups. The selection and awarding of winners will be held on May 16 in Berlin.
Recall that in 2018, startups raised $ 6.9 billion in investments as part of the tokensales.
