Ripple opened an office in Brazil and intends to continue its expansion in Latin American countries

Cryptocurrency startup Ripple expands its geography – the company intends to develop business in Latin America and has already opened an office in Brazil. Reported by the Cointelegraph .

It is worth noting that Ripple has not yet officially announced the opening of a new division. It is expected that this will happen at CIAB Febraban – an event for financial and banking, which will be held from 11 to 13 June.

The new office will be headed by Luis Antonio Sacco, who previously stated that the startup intends to attract as many clients as possible to work with the RippleNet payment network. At the same time, the company will focus not only on Brazil, but also on the whole of South America.

In addition, Ripple plans to launch a variety of educational programs in collaboration with the largest educational institutions in Brazil.

Earlier, the network reported that Ripple acquired the MoneyGram money transfer system. Nevertheless, the company declined to comment and advised to follow the official news.
