In the initial exchange offers at OKEx, a subscription mechanism will be implemented, which only OKB holders can use. The subscription to the tokens will open only for 30 minutes, or until the established limit of applications is reached. The latter will be installed in front of each IEO, as well as the amount of issue of project coins available for purchase.
In the next step, the system will assign distribution coefficients to the participants of IEO. The values of the latter will be directly proportional to the number of OKB tokens held by users. After completing the allocation calculation, the tokens will be credited to the users' accounts. In this case, the corresponding number of OKB tokens will be debited automatically.
To participate in IEO, the user must hold at least 500 OKB for the seven days preceding the tokenail subscription. You need 2500 OKB to get the maximum distribution ratio.
Recall that due to excessive agiotage around the IEO-projects, Binance Exchange introduced a lottery to hold tokensales .
