The Cointelegraph edition, citing an informed source, reported that the intention of the Liquid Exchange to start selling Gram tokens on July 10 has nothing to do with the official plans of Telegram.
In a separate comment, one of Telegram's investors stated that no one has the right to sell tokens before their official launch in accordance with the signed agreement. Moreover, representatives of the popular messenger noted that they first heard about Gram Asia.
Also, according to the agreement that is in the possession of the publication, GRAM buyers are not allowed to sell tokens for a certain period of time after the launch of the Telegram Open Network. In addition, buyers are not allowed to enter into transactions for the transfer of ownership of investment contracts in Gram tokens, which is clearly contrary to the plans of the Liquid Exchange .
Recall that the launch of the Telegram Open Network blockchain platform should take place no later than October 31, 2019. At the same time, the issue and distribution of Gram tokens is planned.
