Chicago-based cryptocurrency exchange Seed CX announced its intention to master the Asian markets.

An institutional investor-oriented partnership has entered into a partnership with Singapore-based trading infrastructure provider Hydra X. This will allow Seed CX to integrate its platform with technology solutions from Hydra X, which are currently in beta stages.

“This partnership will also contribute to the expansion of our user base, which consists of institutional investors. The latter need regulated and secure access to the world of digital assets , ”said Daryl Low, head of Hydra X.

Seed CX representatives said they plan to open a market for regulated CFTC cryptocurrency derivatives through their Seed SEF division.

In January, Seed CX, through its regulated FinCEN, the American division of Zero Hash, launched a purse targeted at institutional investors.

Recall that in the course of the round of financing led by Bain Capital Ventures, Seed CX attracted $ 15 million of investments .
