HTC will release a blockchain smart phone of the new generation

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer HTC has announced the release of the second generation blockchain smartphone. It is expected that this will happen at the end of 2019, writes Digitimes .

The company said that EXODUS 1 sales met expectations – the device was in demand not only among ordinary users, but also among start-ups engaged in crypto-trading.

The new model is designed to expand the use of blockchain technologies to areas such as messaging, social networks and searching for information on the Internet.

The NTS also noted that communication applications will run through peer-to-peer connections, and not through cloud or centralized servers, as it was before.

Recall, the first blockchain smartphone was introduced in October last year, and sales started in February 2019. The device, in particular, can be bought for fiat currency, Litecoin and Binance Coin.
