The largest social network Facebook has announced a set of specialists who must ensure that the Calibra mobile wallet and the Libra digital currency comply with legal requirements. It is reported by CoinDesk .

In particular, among the published vacancies, there is a specialist who will deal with the analysis of regulatory requirements and the formation of a policy for the implementation of appropriate control. This staff member is expected to work with the Calibra legal and political team, as well as with Facebook partners and government departments.

Facebook will select another job seeker from the banking industry. is he
will deal with problems in the context of combating money laundering and ensuring that the Calibra wallet complies with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Law.

In total, Facebook posted 27 vacancies related to the Calibra wallet. A number of them concern the study of how people interact with the application.

According to experts, in this way the social network intends to try to convince the regulators of Europe and the USA that its digital currency Libra does not carry legal risks.

At the same time, the Libra association launched a program to search for bugs in its software, the participants of which can earn up to $ 10,000 in rewards. In this case, the size of the reward will depend on the specific bug.

To attract the general public to search for bugs, the developers decided to use the HackerOne platform.

“We hope that the developers will bring diverse experience to this initiative, while at the same time helping the Libra blockchain achieve the highest security standards, ” said Ananchal Gupta, security director for Facebook's Calibra wallet.

In turn, the head of communication interaction of the Libra Association, Dante Dispart, noted that the Libra blockchain will not start, “until all doubts of the regulators are taken into account and the necessary regulatory permissions are received”.

Recall, earlier in August, the chairman of the financial services committee of the US House of Representatives, Maxine Waters, said that her department would continue to study in detail the features of the Facebook cryptocurrency initiative Libra.
