The eToro Investment Platform has launched CopyTrader for US customers. It allows you to automatically copy all the transactions of leading crypto traders on the site, reports The Block .
Guy Hirsch, managing director of eToro in the USA, explained that the platform selected several cryptocurrency traders with serious experience and a good track record to launch the new function. These included, for example, the founder of the DataDash cryptocurrency YouTube channel Nicholas Mertens and UFC fighter Ben Askren.
In addition, eToro has partnered with US law firms to ensure that the new feature complies with country law.
To promote CopyTrader, the company hired renowned Hollywood actor and film director Alec Baldwin.
CopyTrader users are provided free of charge. The company also said it would compensate traders for copying their strategies by users. The amount of compensation will be determined by the number of copies of transactions.
CopyTrader is already available in other eToro markets, including Europe.
Recall that eToro launched a platform for cryptocurrency trading in the United States in March this year. The company recently opened access to a trading instrument that tracks Twitter sentiment for retail investors in digital assets.
