The main innovation of the product was the notification of users about new versions of Electrum. If desired, this option can be disabled. Also, the developers have corrected minor errors.
Recall that in December, attackers managed to steal more than 200 BTC from Electrum users thanks to a phishing attack through malicious servers.
Soon, the developers have released a new version of the wallet, in which such actions are excluded. However, some time later, another problem arose – many Electrum fraud clones appeared on the network.
