Division Societe Generale launched blockchain-ETN

The British bank Kleinwort Hambros, a division of one of the largest financial conglomerates in Europe, Societe Generale, has launched a blockchain-ETN with active management.

As reported in the Kleinwort Hambros document , the listing of the exchange note was made in Luxembourg. The new blockchain-ETN is focused on companies that can get the most profit from the development and implementation of blockchain technologies.

“We see a growing customer interest in the blockchain industry and are pleased to meet this demand with the launch of our first blockchain note, ” said John Birdwood, portfolio manager at Kleinwort Hambros.

ETN includes 20 stocks distributed across industries. The minimum investment amount for bank customers is £ 1,000.

Recall that in January, the head of the CBOE, Edward Tilly, said that Bitcoin needs cryptocurrency ETN.
