Bitfinex Cryptocurrency Exchange reported the details of the first initial exchange placement (IEO), which will be held on June 13 at the new Tokinex platform launched jointly with Ethfinex.

IEO will lead the project Ampleforth , which is developing a stable AMPL (Smart Commodity Money by its own formulation) using an algorithmic reservation model to ensure the stability of its courses.

Ampleforth expects to attract 645 BTC (about $ 5 million at the current exchange rate). 5 million AMPL or 10% of the total token emission will be available for sale on IEO.

The minimum investment amount per user will be $ 20, the maximum – $ 10,000, while investment will be made exclusively in Bitcoins. AMPL Exchange promises to distribute the acquired tokens AMPL exchange within one week after the end of the campaign.

It should be noted that to participate in the upcoming IEO, potential investors need to pass KYC identification through the Blockpass application, providing a passport and a document confirming their residential address.

Users from the USA, Ukraine and Belarus are not allowed to participate in IEO.

Earlier, Bitfinex managed to raise $ 1 billion in private IEO. Bidding LEO token started on May 20th .
