“Guess which phone I will buy and recommend to all my friends!” Wrote Zhao, attaching to the tweet the news about expanded support for cryptocurrencies in Samsung’s flagship device.
The publication says that initially the South Korean giant added only support for Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens to the Galaxy S10. However, in August, the list of assets expanded with the first cryptocurrency, and subsequently with other coins, including Binance Coin (BNB), stableUScoins TrueUSD (TUSD), Maker (MKR) and USD Coin (USDC).
Now the device supports a total of 33 crypto assets. At the same time, wallets for Bitcoin and Ethereum are automatically generated on the device.
One of the Reddit users posted a screenshot of the crypto wallet on the Galaxy S10:
The ability to use a blockchain wallet is available to Galaxy S10 owners only in Canada, Germany, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, the USA and the UK.
