Fintech-company Robinhood Markets Inc., which is the mobile application for trading stocks and cryptocurrency Robinhood, may soon close another round of financing, in which its investment valuation will exceed $ 7 billion, reports The Information , citing informed sources.
It is noteworthy that the Robinhood is allegedly in talks about another round of financing, after which the company's capitalization will reach $ 10 billion.
Last spring, the Robinhood raised $ 363 million from DST Global, Iconiq, Capital G, Sequoia Capital, KPCB, NEA and Thrive Capital.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Ethereum Classic are available for offer users.
In January of this year, the Robinhood received BitLicense – a license to work with virtual currencies from the Financial Services Authority of New York (NYDFS), and the official launch of work on the state took place on May 23.
