Bitstamp Bitcoin Exchange will allow UK users to make deposits in pound

The oldest cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp has entered into an agreement with a broker BCB Group. This will allow the site to take deposits and provide withdrawals in British pounds (GBP).

Thus, representatives of the exchange intend to implement the corresponding functionality by the end of this year.

Recall that last year the Bitstamp Exchange was acquired by the investment company NXMH, which is part of the South Korean holding NXC.

This spring, the site received BitLicense, which allows it to operate in the territory of the State of New York.
