The largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance has reduced the number of confirmations required for users to deposit funds in Bitcoin and Ethereum.

"Faster ," said Changpeng Zhao, head of the exchange.
Now, to transfer deposits in Bitcoin, the exchange client only needs to wait for one confirmation of the network, and not two, as it was before. Ethereum and tokens based on this platform will be credited after 12 confirmations (previously there were 30).
Among other things, the exchange reported that in honor of the second anniversary of the launch of Binance, traders using BNB will retain a 25% discount on trade commissions for at least another year. The bonus was made contrary to the conditions specified in the whitepaper, according to which in the third year of the platform’s existence the discount should be 12.5%.
Recall that Binance is going to launch Bitcoin futures with leverage up to x20.
