A new leak in Sberbank: personal data of clients and call records

The data of Sberbank clients again turned out to be in open access. This time, the database contains not only personal information, but also recordings of conversations.

According to Kommersant, a database is being sold on the black market, containing about a million lines with almost complete information about Sberbank's customers – passport data, registration, phone number and others.

In addition, the database contains records of the last conversation with the bank's call center.

According to the seller, the base has been formed since 2015 and continues to replenish every week. In October, almost 20 thousand new lines appeared in it. The database revealed data from 10 of the 11 regional branches of the bank.

Sberbank denies the leak.

Recall that in early October , data from 60 million Sberbank credit card holders entered the black market . Then the bank also rejected the possibility of leakage, but later confirmed the data drain at first 200, and then 5,000 customers.
