Microsoft technologies will allow you to personalize customer service: guests of the establishment will receive recommendations on choosing a drink based on their preferences and emotions.
In addition, the AI will allow you to predict the number of visitors to the coffee shop, in order to optimize work shifts and delivery of products from the warehouse, as well as to make the range of cafes more flexible.
In turn, the blockchain-system Trace Coffee Beans using a QR code will provide visitors with information on the coffee variety, country of origin, harvest date, processing method and roasting method.
The Astamanyana Guide also promises to launch a mobile application and a coffee online store.
Until the end of 2019, the company intends to open three more establishments in St. Petersburg, in 2020 – two in Moscow, and then in other major cities of the country.
