Ukraine launched the “Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics” at the University of Kherson
At the Faculty of Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics of Kherson State University, a unique "Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics" has been created.
In it, students will receive knowledge on the preparation of economic analysis programs, the preparation of investment plans using data from the stock and bond markets, as well as investment skills with high-risk instruments, in particular, digital currencies.
The Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics was created taking into account the experience of one of the best universities in the world – Stanford (USA). The equipment in it meets the world requirements for such institutions: a powerful server, ten modern computers, an interactive whiteboard and a projector.
The services of the Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics will be used not only by students receiving the specialty "Information Systems and Technologies", but also by beginning businessmen from the University's Startup School.
The rector of Kherson State University, Professor Alexander Spivakovsky, said that the creation of the “Laboratory of Cryptoeconomics” cost sixty thousand euros, but the money did not come from the state budget. The funds were received thanks to the project of international cooperation in the development of MASTIS information systems.
Recall that on September 27, at the presentation of the State in a Smartphone brand, the leaders of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine announced plans to legalize cryptocurrencies in the country .
