The operator of the Bitcoin exchange Zaif transferred the business to Fisco

Tech Bureau Corp., the operator of the Zaif cryptocurrency exchange that was hacked in September, completed a deal to transfer the business of the investment company Fisco. Reported by the Cointelegraph .

According to the terms of the agreement, Fisco undertakes to indemnify the affected clients of the exchange. The company is expected to begin the payment process this month. However, the time frame for the resumption of operations for the withdrawal of funds on the stock exchange has not been established.

The intention to transfer the full shareholding of Zaif to Fisco became known in October. Meanwhile, Tech Bureau plans to cancel the license to operate and leave the cryptoindustry.

Recall that in November cyber specialists from MUFG attacked the trail of hackers who hacked the Zaif exchange.
